What I saw was an online ad for a credit card, the message of which is on a wavy banner sort of thing which drops into what appears to be some sort of liquid.
What it's meant to say is "Relieve your New Years' Credit Card Hangover."
What it appeared to say, thanks to the blurring of the movement, was:
"Re-live your New Years' Credit Card Hangover."
Quite apart from the fact that my New Year was free of hangovers of any kind (apart from those associated with staying up past midnight), the latter is very definitely something I do not want. That being said, given all the crap the world has been through in the last four or five months, perhaps a little less predatory advertising of credit cards might be in order?
