pathology_docHere is a link to an article in The Australian, the national daily, in which the author of the article quotes US Vice President Joe Biden. Biden allegedly said, of a woman struggling to keep her business afloat:
it may very well be that she’s in a circumstance where she is not able, her customers aren’t able to get to her, there’s no transit capability, the bridge going across the creek to get to her business needs repair, may very well be that she’s in a position where she is unable to access the - her energy costs are so high by providing smart meters, by being able to bring down the cost of her workforce
I don't know for sure whether it's Biden or not. All that I know is that he sounds completely incoherent.
Can anyone out there:
a) confirm that Biden said this, and
b) explain what the fucking hell he's actually saying? Because if that really is the Vice-President of the United States talking, God help America if something happens to the President.
