The politician's lies dripped from his tongue like tuberculous black pus coughed up from rotting lungs. The journalists gathered round him as succubi to a sleeping priest, lapping like dogs to vomit the utterances of his chancrous mouth, the deviant spinnings of his necrotic moral conscience, as he talked his way into power.
